Abstract: The article deals with an idea of cosmopolitanism in relation to its political conception. It explains political cosmopolitanism in the methodological way by the term of judgment. It is based on judgment and not on principle, as it is often the case in the contemporary political philosophy. Thus, it offers an alternative normative political philosophy of cosmopolitanism.
